I actually went to different dealerships of VW and other companies after my initial visit to compare prices and decide on the car i wanted. The service at arbour was by far the best: competitive price, very well welcomed when i walked in and Nicolas took the time to know what i needed/wanted, amazing follow up and not once did i feel pressured.
