OK, first things first this place is not merely a store but a full on experience. the level of dedication and professionalism of the people working there is above and beyond anything I repeat anything that I ever experienced. You can really feel that the employees are proud to be there, everybody rolls the red carpet to make sure that you feel at home, respected and most importantly valued. it is without the shadow of a doubt the only place I went in the past decade where I felt like a human being not a simple consumer. the place is gorgeous. Small problem with glasses lens on the way home from work, I called, very friendly woman on the phone and I was there 5 minutes later, excellent service and nothing had to pay, a huge THANK YOU
