“This is the best service in Montreal! My husband couldn't open his eye this morning with the severe pain. I tried to contact a few clinics but no room for our emergency. Luckily, I joined C’est la vue! On the phone, the lady asked me for the symptoms and the progress of our situation and gave us an emergency place. My husband was treated very well in the place. All employees and doctors are kind and efficient with great patience! 5 stars for their professionalism and empathy!“

I was greeted by the big smile of Suzanne who did my first tests with the latest technology machines. She was very friendly.Afterwards the optometrist was very professional and explained everything to me about the tests and the results. I didn't feel like I was just a nuemro. Then I was entrusted to Mr Proulx the optician who then advised me on my glasses. “OK, first things first this place is not merely a store but a full on experience. the level of dedication and professionalism of the people working there is above and beyond anything I repeat anything that I ever experienced. You can really feel that the employees are proud to be there, everybody rolls the red carpet to make sure that you feel at home, respected and most importantly valued. it is without the shadow of a doubt the only place I went in the past decade where I felt like a human being not a simple consumer. the place is gorgeous. The products are affordable after sell service is on a serious level. They care about you and that is beyond refreshing. I would go as far to say that a lot if not all of current companies could really use some custom service training from these people.
