I LOVE seeing Ghalia, she always has great cuts and highlights. Very kind-hearted woman, and great prices. If you don’t see her specifically, you are missing out big time!!
Recently, I asked for “really blonde” (naturally have black hair and I’m not familiar with shades of blonde). It turned out platinum, which felt too rockstar-like for me, although it was nice. I called her a few days later to have it changed and after she made it darker, she surprisingly let it go FREE of charge!! I insisted to pay her (proper washing and blow dry was included), but she was very polite and said it’s ok. VERY appreciated!
