I had the worst pedicure experience here in Montreal. During the treatment, my skin was peeled and left irritated. The service was very disappointing, and I am unhappy with the results. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If it were possible, I would give less than one star.

I went to get my nails done on September 5th, 3 days after my birthday, as a birthday pampering day for myself. I got a simple mani/pedi, no acrylic nails. I did regular Polish on my toes and shellac on my fingernails (so regret it man) my pedi was basically the bare minimum. She did not clean my feet at all. Just brushed the bottom quickly and that was it. She didn’t apply the nail Polish properly either. I had to tell her to apply another code because you could see the Polish was not done well at all. We moved onto my manicure. Mind you, before this, I went in with my real nails solid, strong and so nice. She begins. She uses that horrible nail saw machine and fried off my nail bed completely. She begins to get ready to apply the white tip. I did a plain ole French manicure. I stopped her and said I thought we were doing the powder (I thought I needed it) she got upset, said something to the other lady and walked off. No explanation nothing. So then the lady came and took over. She finished my nails. She told me I didn’t need the powder cause I have good nails. She did a good job doing the white tip by hands. I finished. I paid 85$ for the entire set. I tipped her 5$ and the horrible one 5$ as well. So a total of 95$. She would have gotten 10$ if her attitude didn’t stink. The next day I am out of town for my birthday and my left thumb chipped. 3 days later, the shellac started to peel off and then that following day, my manicure is no more looking nice and just horrible. To the point I now have to cut down all my real nails that were once healthy and start from scratch AGAIN!!! My nail bed is so bad now. Anything I touch or pick up, it bends and just breaks so easily. They ruined it. Their attitudes stinks, their work is horrible, they are cheap and so lazy. I will never ever go back to this place ever again. I even called at first for them to fix it asking if they will charge me and she said come I will fix it for you and see. I did not go back. I said forget it. It hasn’t even been a week at all before my nails started breaking and the shellac peeling off. FYI, the whole point in shellac is to last longer. Not 2 days later. 0 stars out of 5! To pay 95$ in total and not have lolllllll my French manicure or worst, no nails, is just wild and so upsetting. I should have known better to go to this place.

I went for nail extension and feet spa .both services were horrible.totally wastage of money .no efforts were made to clean the feet and nail shape is totally wrong

I had one of the worst experiences at this salon. The pedicure was sloppy and completely missed the mark—no effort was made to clean up the dead skin around the nails. The French manicure looked rushed and unprofessional, with uneven white lines that make it look like I did it myself at home.
But the worst part was the manicure. The technician was so distracted by her conversation that she aggressively used a coarse electric file on my nails, weakening them to the point that they now bend backwards when I pick something up. My nails were in great condition before this appointment, and now they’re completely damaged.
Less than 24 hours later, the so-called “gel polish” is already chipping. I wouldn’t even trust them to fix it at this point. The only thing I can do now is cut my nails and wait for them to grow back healthy again.
Absolutely would not recommend.

My experience was very poor . The salon is outdated . Looks like 1992 in there .The owner and his staff are extremely rude. I am 8 months pregnant. He made me wait over and hour for an appointment I had . There’s no air conditioning. Not even a fan . No respect for customers time . The older man doing my nails ? made insensitive comments about my hand being big . He is incompetent and does not know how to style the current day nails styles. I’m swollen due to pregnancy. He humiliated me infront of everyone in the salon . They were all laughing . Who laughs at pregnant person? I came with a design I wanted on my nails they were unable to do it . Shops like this shouldn’t be in business anymore . Plus it took 2 hours to do my nails . They are trying to do multiple peoples nails all at once . I would not recommend someone to go to this nail salon.
Stylist: Horrible , very unprofessional.

Amazon did a great job for me today, initially I was reluctant as the review was 3.3. But glad I didn’t judge base on that. He did a great job and I would definitely be coming back again. Nice nails

Horrible experience, I went in for a pedicure and set for nails ... what I got was a really horribly done set of nails and an infection on my big toe because the lady wouldn't not stop peeling off my toenail, literally even when there was no nail left to cut she got in there and cut even more. The man who did my nails was rough and aggressive, he didn't even care to hear what I was saying about how they weren't done right kept telling me it's normal to have a gap in the beginning of my nail and the fake nail... horrible service and now infection to deal with... will never go there again.
Cleanliness: I think a cockroach fell on my head from ther ceiling I couldn't see exactly what it was but I stepped on it multiple times and it kept moving.
