I had a very bad experience today with the guy tony has there with him. Today i called for an appointment to do a refill this guy told me tony is not there so I have to come next week i was like ok, but cant you do it? He said he is busy I’m like ok fine then he decide i come 4pm ok i said yes. Get in from work cooling my skin and was about to take my shower then my phone rang. I answered the call and it was the guy asking me if I could come now which was like 3:10pm i said yes i get dressed and leave. When I arrived to the store i sat on a chair next to the door then he told me where to sit , mind you I didn't knew he were there with someone else . When i heard he called the person I thought was tony wife when the person came out I realized it wasn’t then he said to me she is going to do if you dont want her to do you wait until next week, so i was like but can she do it though then she get upset walk away and decided she not doing any ok I asked him but can you do it though he was like no i cant i have to clean up after and a bunch of bs. So i was like but why did you called me out of my house though he was like go go go I’m not doing it and she is doing it either get out of my store, so i was like what the hell just because i simply asked if she could do it? I never felt embarrassed in my life he was very very disrespectful and I’m not happy with that. Overall everything is good vincent and his wife is very sweet very respectful but that guy needs to go thats not how you treat people that supports your business . That was very unprofessional and uncalled for. As long as he is working there i will never step another feet in that nail salon. I also have video of it

I brought my very delicate nail stickers (Christmas season), which is very laborious for a nail design. Tony, the nail tech that did my nails is the most patient, articulate, and very accommodating! One of the best service I ever had. Will definitely be a frequent customer 10/10 ♥️
