I called in several times and told them that I was really uncomfortable wearing contact lenses know for dryness and headaches (lost my glasses 2 weeks ago) and they said they are going to put some priority but when I called in the person who receive the phone did not even let me finish my sentence and cut me cold saying that I should just wait
I had a very disappointing experience at New Look. Their customer service is honestly terrible. The staff seems disorganized and unable to communicate even the most basic information. No one mentioned that they didn’t have an optician available, which completely wasted my time. On top of that, the lady working there was extremely rude, unhelpful, and had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in.
For a place that’s supposed to be professional, this was unacceptable. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for proper service or respect.
I had made an appointment to complete some paperwork and was told over the phone that I would only need to pay for the eye test. However, when I arrived, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for filling out the document. Although I was frustrated, I decided to proceed with the eye test.
After the test, the optometrist told me the cost would be $30. I then approached another employee (whose name I don’t remember, but I’ll describe her as a body-positive individual with a lot of makeup to identify her) to make the payment.
