Following a bad experience they advised me even if the problem did not come from them. After a little over a month of waiting, my partner went to pierce my 5 year old's ear again. From making the appointment, to the drilling, everything was wonderful. Listening and above all very reassuring, my daughter only talks about Sylvain and how he was kind to her. My only regret is not having gone to see him from the start. I highly recommend.
