We hired Sam for small and medium jobs in our new house, and he was a tremendous help. He tells things as they are and takes the time to clearly explain the situations he notices. He’s calm, thoughtful, and always full of solutions.
For people like us, who aren’t very handy, having him around was truly reassuring. We knew the work would be done properly, at a fair price, and with great care.
