Very satisfied with this company. I made a service call in the summer of 2023 for our old wall mounted air conditioning unit. The guys who came were very nice and cleaned my unit well. They came back in March 2024 to install a new heat pump and we once again had excellent service.

Situation 1- My partner has a new heat pump installed in her apartment by this company. After two months of operation, the unit leaks water onto the floor. The technician showed up and told us that the slope of the unit was not steep enough and that water was accumulating. He reinstalled everything correctly with a bill of $260....Situation 2 - Service call to have my indoor unit replaced because it is leaking in my house. After 4 weeks of waiting they finally show up. The technician was terribly arrogant. It cost me over $850 (not including unit cost) to complete a 2 hour job.This is the last time I will do business with this company and I do not recommend it to you either.
