the website says you sell anti glare sunglasses, I was there on Monday, and was told that you don't. more lies.

My daughter (toddler) went for a first visit recently. All the staff and the optometrist were so patient and reassuring with her so that she wouldn't be scared by all the equipment for the required exams. She got a little surprise at the end (and she was very happy about it). A golden experience and my whole family will now go to this clinic!

Despite the odd inconsistencies I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I really don’t have any issues overall.

The staff here were wonderful. Elliott is very knowledgeable. I definitely would refer my family and friends.

This was a few years ago, but I recently heard of someone having a similar experience here and decided to warn people.

I got my first pair of glasses here and my vision tests. I see perfectly without glasses on, but my right eye does all the work as my left eyes vision from afar is poor, so I wanted glasses as a preventative measure to avoid my right eyes vision also declining.

I was informed that it would take awhile for my brain to get used to the glasses, so despite seeing worst with them on I wore them diligently for three months before making another appointment to adjust the prescription since my quality of life and vision was worst with the glasses on.

It's at this second appointment I was treated terribly and with lack of respect.

The optometrist was giving me attitude while doing the tests, and once it was done he said "The prescription is fine, I don't know what you want me to do" and I promptly informed him I would no longer be wearing my glasses if I saw worst with them on. He then said exasperatedly "Well you didn't say that!"

I had in fact informed them when calling to make the appointment and the front desk when I'd arrived why I was booking a second appointment and what my appointment was for. He then did a quick test, proceeded to adjust the prescription on the eye I see perfectly fine with, and I once again was stuck wearing glasses which I could not see with.

I have stopped wearing my glasses after attempting to in the following weeks after this appointment, realizing I was likely simply damaging my vision more by forcing it.

So, attend at your own risk. I'm sure there are other lovely optometrist and staff here, and in fact the woman who adjusted my glasses was incredibly sweet and understanding both times I went, taking care that my glasses were the perfect fit for my style and my comfort. I will personally never come here again after such treatment.

Professional, courteous and exceptional understanding. The examination was most complete with the most modern equipment.

I had an appointment booked for June, and being a woman with a more masculine sounding voice I understand calling me sir the first time. But after explaining to two different staff I was a woman they still kept referring to me as sir. So I will be taking my business to another optometrist.
