They have cared for our animals for over 10 years now, and every staff we encounter is so amazing and caring. Scheduling an appointment is fairly easy unless they have a busy season. The doctor listens to your concerns, is honest, and won't prescribe unnecessary tests.
That is all that matters!

Dr Mercier and her staff are great! Very empathic, patient and good communicators. Fully bilingual with a good variety of services offered (including avian services). No after hours or weekend services. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

They call themselves a Hospital yet cannot even accommodate their own clients pet needs unless 3-4 weeks. Am a client for more then 10 years. Even with two new Vets, this clinic should offer same day emergency apts to their clients. Poor apts screening, poor quality of customer service. Avoid.

Excellent vets, they care alot for our furry babies. Been going there for the last 14 years I couldn't ask for better service. The staff is also very nice. Thank you for taking such good care of all my babies ?❤️
