I highly recommend SAF Combustion. I recently had a new gas furnace and heat pump install. My experience in dealing with SAF Combustion - from getting a detailed quote to their product line, warranties, competive pricing and excellent installation process - was excellent.
It’s been about 2.5 weeks since SAF Combustion installed my new Moovair heat pump and electric air handler, and I can honestly say—I’m still smiling. This was an emergency switch from my old legacy A/C, but the whole experience felt smooth, reassuring, and incredibly professional.
From the in-person conversation with the sales technician (Daniel) to the scheduling with the dispatch manager (Luc), everything was handled with care and clarity.
