I called Robert on a Sunday when I had problems with outdoor plumbing. He answered the phone and made an appointment to come to fix the problem on Monday. When he came, he diagnosed the issue, gave me and estimated cost of repair, and did the work exactly as he planned. He was very professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. He is great, and I highly recommend him.

Hired to replace a bath / shower valve, had to cut through tile and drywall. Robert was responsive and professional. In advance of the work he asked me to text him a photo of the replacement valve set so he could make sure I got the right one. It’s not often you find someone this careful with their clients.
