If I could give no stars I would. We were satisfied last year with the service but this year is totally different. This guy should not operate a snow removal company. He is totally useless, doesn't care about his customers, never returns the calls and doesn't teach his new workers what to do. The plow had past in the afternoon, waiting for them to come and open the driveway, it never happened. We had to wait until the next day for them to come. Can you imagine if there was an emergency during the night, nobody could enter the driveway and jump the snow bank. He only cares about the money he can take from you. I had a bad feeling about continuing with Deneigement gagne, it won't happen next year.

I had a huge hole in my yard from when I removed my inground pool. Eric and his team were professional and very hard working. When they left for the day it was so clean it's like they were never here! 100% recommend for any yard work. They filled the hole, graded and levelled my yard.

Driver back into my lamp post broke my lamp called left a voicemail never got no call back since a week unprofessional owner doesn’t train there new drivers
