This place tried to scam my elderly father...
As a long time customer, he would go to this money mart and put money on a card.
This time he was asked to only pay cash, which he thought was weird but did anyways. They took the cash and put the money on a different card.

Taking cash only is not a money mart policy.

Finally, with threatening to call the police he was able to get his money back.

Very sketchy place, do not go there.

Horrible service at the Gatineau location and overall customer service. Beware QC people… they turn you away quickly, at least from my experience-and it was after 2 days of false advertisement, hidden restrictions, complete oversight and lack of reviewing documentation…just an utter turn away.
