Mirel initially showed up and gave a fair estimate which I thought was a good price. Worked with us on setting a date for parging work to be done. Showed up as agreed and did very good work, also cleaned up as promised. Nowadays it doesn't seem like contractors want to clean up the debris after a job. Impressive work, did a good job or removing the old loose parging and then using mesh to create a base. The final product was great and hopefully last twenty years or so.

I highly recommend MiZ Construction. Mirel was on time and honest during his quote and his price was more than fair for the amount of work and quality they provided! Communication was top notch, they showed up when promised and were extremely professional. Also very easy to talk to.

A big thank you to Mirel and his team for the fantastic work they recently did for us on the stucco and parging of our 35 year old house. Their attention to detail and meticulous workmanship renewed and modernized the look making a huge difference to the curb appeal. The final result was amazing and even better than we dreamed it would be. A great company to work with. Post-project cleanup was impeccable. I would recommend them highly for any stucco or parging project.
