Mirel initially showed up and gave a fair estimate which I thought was a good price. Worked with us on setting a date for parging work to be done. Showed up as agreed and did very good work, also cleaned up as promised. Nowadays it doesn't seem like contractors want to clean up the debris after a job.
Impressive work, did a good job or removing the old loose parging and then using mesh to create a base. The final product was great and hopefully last twenty years or so.
