Update was given a full refund couse of this event so take it as you will So I had an mri done at the hospital in April 2025 showing I have damage to my c5 and c6 a month later an octranspo hit me and my back and spine is worse got there mri sept 17 2025 and they say there nothing even tho it’s confirmed from hospital and a treatment plan has already started for the 1st collision then they admitted that last week it was broken eather way stay away I am filling a lawsuite for the 2000$ they stole from me and Ran a bs scan

So, I was really nervous going in because this was my first MRI. The receptionist Ginette was so kind and answered all of my many questions. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the clinic and the MRI lady, Jeanne, really put me at ease. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, I had some surgeries before and she double checked my reports to make sure I was safe to get an MRI. She even offered to put music on for me because I was so anxious. I will be recommending this clinic to all of my family because of the amazing service ❤️ ♥️

I had an MRI here for my WSIB workplace injury and was very impressed. The staff were fast, polite, and professional from start to finish. WSIB covered the cost, and I was seen much more quickly than expected. If you have a WSIB claim, I highly recommend coming here—you’ll be well taken care of and won’t be waiting long.

I had an MRI this morning at the Gatineau clinic. I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff, great service, the MRI machinery, aesthetics and cleanliness.

I am very happy and grateful of the service I received at this clinic. I’ve been here twice now. Both times the staff have been wonderful and the results are to my doctor in record time. This clinic saved me from having to wait 3 months in Ontario to get imaging while I was in a tonne of pain. Thank you so much to the team at the Papineau st location.

Ten starts! Super nice and clean. Very amazing staff. Bilingual services..They treat you with total respect and are great listeners. In and out with Litt to no wait times. Fabulous! Thank you so very much.

Absolutely awful provider, it's been more than a week, why can't I get my scans ?Stay away from this placePocketHealth is a HORRIBLE provider, I'm sure there's other clinics using better providers...
