Aside from the receptionist, it was a bad experience. The sales agent was arrogant, doing calculations on his own and traiting people mediocre. I would never recommend them.

Great service quality.

These guys don’t honour their warranty. Checked the MDX a month before the end of the warranty and they said the car is perfect doesn’t need anything, came back a week after the warranty expired because of front end noise they told me it needs 2 front strut assemblies 2 links and a control arm , all were covered under the warranty , how did they miss that 5 weeks prior I don’t know

I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic from Acura Gatineau last month. During the sale, I was assured that the brakes had been serviced. However, from day one, I noticed a persistent noise that sounded like stuck brake pads. I didn’t expect it to be a brake issue so soon, but I took the car to my trusted mechanic, who showed me significant rust buildup and confirmed the brakes were not properly serviced. To make matters worse, the brake fluid was black when I picked up the vehicle — another clear sign of neglect.
I’m disappointed that a dealership would deliver a vehicle in this condition after claiming it had been properly maintained. I expected better transparency and quality assurance. Buyers beware — make sure to double-check everything before driving off the lot.
