I have been with Déneigement St Pierre since they started . Very thorough and reliable. They provide multiple cleaning rounds during and after snow storms to ensure your driveway is completely cleared from snow. The drivers are very friendly! I highly recommend this company!

I have been using them since 2016. Every one of those years it was fantastic, could not ask for better service. However, this year it's been very very bad. Most times it's one pass and don't don't see them till the next day. They get here very late in the day and one time they missed me completely. Maybe it's like most businesses these days, can't find employees ?

Twice this year they do all the driveways on my street and forget to do mine. And when you make a service call they don't come till they are finished all their routes - just 10cm or snow last night, and I didn't get out of my driveway until after 5 pm. I'll certainly be shopping around for another provider next year. They're too big now to give good service.
