Never again, my dog got shaved! She was booked for a trim. We had agreed to a shaved belly where there was knotts. She was given a full shave, on a double coated dog, and a terrible shave a that, she has a square head! They never called to advise us that they were going to shave her... asked if we were okay with that. Upon pick up we got told my dog was difficult, that she lunged at the groomer, spray shat everywhere and we got told she should get sedated next time... There won't be a next time, this dog has never, I mean never had one ounce of malice in her... She's never ever had problems elsewhere before, makes you wonder what happened there.... This place better not have traumatized her.
The price is good... But it's not worth the emotional distress or the work it's going to take to get her coat back... I'm so heart broken.

Have been going to Roxy since I got my puppy. She’s been amazing with him and he looooves her. Gets so excited when he realizes we’re going to see her. She does an amazing job on every haircut. He always comes back smelling great and his coat is so so so soft. Roxy is honest hardworking and extremely patient with my baby. Thank you a thousand times ! I completely trust her with my pup !

Elle m'a offerte d'évaluer Yumi avant de me booker un rdv qu'elle ne pourraitpas fairesi la chienne ne coopérait pas. Yumi l'a adoré. Notre rdv s'en vient à la fin septembre. Détails à venir.
