Certi-Centre SAAQ Safety-check is a professional and efficient service, providing SAAQ safety inspections for vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and heavy trucks. The staff, from reception to other team members, are quick and courteous. While some customers may have minor issues with the inspection results, the centre's helpful staff will work with you to resolve any concerns.
I gave this place a five-star because the staff there are awesome however I'll only give it a one star because the air conditioning has been broken for the last few days they need to get that fixed to keep the customers happy
It was my second time here and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the experience. They took the car in right away, no waiting in line whatsoever (I guess I lucked out), 35 minutes later my inspection certificate was ready. Thank you guys so much for making it so easy for me! Pleasure doing business with you.
N.B.: it appears that they don't do appointments but rather work on a first come - first serve basis.
The interaction with reception and other staff was professional and quick. However my husband, who is a licensed mechanic more decades, didn't appreciate that one of the requirements that made my safety fail was not actually a safety issue. Not sure if that was the case but...overall it wasn't a terrible experience.
