Receptionists are beyond rude. They cut you off. Never have a single appointment available and always tell you to check their website at 9pm fully knowing they don’t have anything to offer.

Made me wait. Told me I needed a family doctor when previously was not an issue . Treated as English and told to leave. Then continued to harass me when I took my phone out to understand what she was saying.

I called just to confirm if my appointment was at this clinic and the receptionist was so rude. Client service management should be taught to the receptionist.

No way to have an appointment with my doctor even without an appointment, their site is never up to date

The evening secretary is not even able to take a note for the doctor's usual secretary to call the patient back. Don't try too hard to get a walk-in appointment. Where has human service gone?

I have an excellent family doctor who listens to everything I tell him. The only thing I find unfortunate is that when I arrive exactly on time, it happened twice that I was sent home, but they don't mind making me wait a long time in the room.

They do not give appointments by telephone. Even if we have a family doctor at this clinic
