EXTREMELY RUDE , told my daughter to leave and not come back . broken screen on less then 6 month old lap top purchased from them ... we were paying for repair but associate sent them away said to buy parts on amazon ... what kind of service is this ???

Horrible service but they are doing a terrible job. I went to buy a microphone and they didn't price them right on the tags. I grabbed one and went to the cash register, only to find out it is absurdly priced. I told them it is wrong and I was asked to go check the price tags and take a photo for them, to do their own job. They asked me to run around to look for someone to ask for questions, and even asked me to go do their job by checking the price tag. The products aren't priced properly and they always have to check their phones for the price instead of fixing the price tags on the shelves. Do better and I would appreciate better... read full review
