I had an amazing and prefossional massage from my therapist and he's the reason this doesn'thave 0 stars, I was chocked at at the prices. My sister booked the massages and we were never made informed of the prices. 320$ for a 80 min massage? That's simply insanity. This is almost twice the price of a 90 min massage at almost any other studio. And why 80min? Everyone else offer 90min. I really feel ripped off and will never come back. If you're ok with the prices and you don't know what to do with your money, sure, this is is ok, a bit better than average. I had an excellent Spa Experience here. I had the Beauty Spa Treatment. I got a Manicure, a Pedicure and lastly I got a Facial. It was really relaxing. Afterwards, I went to the pool. Which was okay.

I was not satisfied with my experience, mostly because of the poor quality of the pools and hot tubs experience that the hotel offers but the costumer service of Amerispa is impressive. Amerispa contacted me and gave me a fair compensation. I would recommend them.
