Unprofessional company for AC maintenance. I called for a routine maintenance on my wall mounted AC. The clerk did not ask any questions aside from my address and contact info. The techs arrive onsite as schedule without the proper equipment to complete the work. They tell me someone from the office will contact you to reschedule an appointment ASAP. No one called. When I called back today they told me they're not equipped to clean my wall mounted AC because its located on the wall above my staircase. I had this maintenance done by other AC companies in Gatineau in the past without issue. My advice to everyone reading this, avoid this company for AC maintenance as they advertise the service but might not be able to do it for whatever reason they come up with. Very unprofessional.

Duct cleaning was good, the guys (Jo-K & Dan) were great! Unfortunately admin needs work. Should learn to communicate better to clients. Too many broken promises on booking, and I did not feel like my business was prioritized enough on the HVAC side by Kathleen.

Excellent service et a résolu mon problème de tuyau de sécheuse qui ne se serait jamais débloqué sans eux, j'ai plus de 50 pieds de tuyaux avec des coudes....une autre entreprise est venue mais n'a pas pu résoudre mon problème....merci.

I have worked with many different cleaning companies before when it comes to our house, and was never 100% satisfied. I got a free quote from Jason and his team and decided to take a leap of faith in them as my gut told me they were honest working people To my surprise they exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job, I’m really happy for their service and can’t recommend them enough
