Maggie at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Honestly made my whole experience how nice and accommodating she was. Solved every problem like a pro (the person who took our initial reservation for our massages never actually booked it). The actual thermal baths were a bit underwhelming but still had an overall nice stay!

This is our second time coming here with my family, this is our second winter. It's a very atmospheric place, with lots of jacuzzis, a gym, restaurants—in short, everything is top-notch. I have nothing more to say, this place is absolutely wonderful!!

We managed to get two massages back to back because he had no other availability.
Beautiful welcome, corner with products and bath bombs, relaxation corner with beverage and view of the lake.
Concerning the massages, for my husband the lady did not have the right massage and asked him if he wanted pink or gray oil, he sincerely believes that he did not have the massage requested especially in comparison with me .
For my part, very kind gentleman, he asked me given the type of massage chosen if I wanted the oil for the hydration of my skin or muscles. Massage done professionally, polite and courteous gentleman, good... read full review
