I have always had quality service for 25 years at this location. Experienced and efficient technicians. Sylvain a trustworthy man. This time it was Serge, a Ukrainian of origin, who took the time to carefully check all the possible causes and locations for a small water leak on my washer. Not only did he find the source and even had the spare part on hand, but I am reassured that everything else was checked to prevent possible breakage! He is very experienced and knowledgeable about how these machines work. He expresses himself quite well and sufficiently in French to make himself understood and explain what he does. Déjà fait affaire avec eux pour une laveuse et une sécheuse défectueuses à 2 ans intervalle service no 1 problèmes réglés et bons conseils cette fois ci, problème lave vaisselle suite à un conseil pour sauver $$ nous avons apporter le lave vaisselle à leur bureau et elle fonctionne très bien reçu bons conseils et le coût de la réparation très très raisonnable je les recommande
