I have the dr. Sophie Courchesne, very professional and attentive. There is also the nurse who can be consulted or the emergency clinic in the morning. I have been consulting at this clinic for 40 years. You have to follow how it works.

They say to call at a certain time, but there's never an answer. The portal for making an appointment online is also useless. I've had my family doctor for 8 years and I've managed to see her maybe 2 times in total. I know doctors are overwhelmed these days and are having to take on more patients than they can handle, but I am literally never able to contact the clinic. And, FINALLY, when I can talk to someone, the person is often very “short” with me and tells me to call another time. I'm tired. Very bad service! Animals in veterinary clinics are better cared for than humans! It's unfair!!! And what's most frustrating is that we pay taxes to support these people and we don't even have half of the services that come to us when we need them!!! ?
