With appointment, I must say that the wait was short. The nurse we consulted (Francine) was really in her element. It was obvious that she does this job, out of passion and vocation. In the waiting room, things went pretty quickly anyway. I know the healthcare system has a lot of shortcomings, but if something went right, it has to be said.
