I had the pleasant experience of dealing with Vicki at the Dorval Verti store. She went out of her way to make sure my problems were taken care in a very timely manner. She is an amazing employee and I easily give her a 5 star rating.

Had several problems over the years with vertical blinds I had installed in 2017 which left me feeling very frustrated. Kudos to Vicki who provided excellent customer service taking charge of the situation and solving the problem in a friendly and efficient way.
