Called Lakeshore Roofing told them that I taught the roof was leaking at the air vent pipe ( plumbing stack ). They came within 24 hours and checked it out . They determined that the leak was not coming from the roof.Thank you for your prompt attention and findings.

Excellent job by Nick and his team. Punctual and did a very professional job, including clean-up. Nick was also very thorough in explaining all aspects of the work and was readily available to answer our questions. Would not hesitate to recommend !

We have our roof done last week. We are pleased to have their service from start to finish. The quote provided from Nick was clear. He took the time to inspect, to point out the issues and explained the process (unlike the previous quotes where they only get our address and check the satellite images). Our situation was complicated as we needed to open it up for insulation so coordination was necessary (thanks to Terry). Plus an emergency came up, the chimney bricks were out of shapes so they are quick to provide solution to sustain the winter so I have time to schedule the repair in spring.
