Was here last week browsing through the stock they had. Rita, the manager, introduced herself and walked me through their offerings without being pushy. Certain styles I liked, but didnt like the trim colour, she was able to find me alternative trims that were more to my preference.
Came back about a week later after making a decision and ended up getting two pairs. Would recommend to anyone looking to order new glasses or replace old ones. Great service from Rita so far! Thank you Rita 🙏
Ms. Rita provided excellent service. As a customer for over 10 years, it truly means a lot to be helped by someone as kind and welcoming as her. I come back every year because of her amazing customer service. She was warm, kind, and took the time to ensure I chose the right glasses. Thank you again for such amazing service!
