From the welcoming front desk staff to the exceptionally human, professional, and knowledgeable Dr. Sandrine Rouette, every part of my experience was positive. Nurse Phally was kind and attentive, and the woman who carefully reviewed my medical history beforehand (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) made me feel heard and cared for. I truly feel grateful to be a patient at this clinic.
Just went and saw Jennifer Li who's a practitioner nurse. The receptionist told me that my doctor wasn't available for 1 month and offered her services. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and caring nurse practitioner Li was. She gave me a blood tests prescription, a referral for a specialist and even removed the stitches from a previous surgery that for some reason didn't go away by themselves as they were supposed to. I was impressed at how it could be all done without seeing my doctor. Truly good experience!!
