This will be a slightly different kind of review. Today we had a medical emergency in the barbers chair, nothing to do with the cut, the barber, the environment, just a case of feeling unwell and things going haywire a bit quickly. The entire Venom team jumped into action, calling an ambulance, getting water, wetting towels, laying the patient comfortably on the floor. Each barber checked in with the patient, quietly calmed everyone down and giving us space. It was scary for us but the team worked so seamlessly together to help (along with other clients). Your reaction to an emergency was outstanding. Thank you all for your professionalism and genuine concern. It meant a lot to us and we won’t forget it. Patient is resting well, all is good. We will see you soon.
We have been going to VENOM for almost 2 years consistently. My boys along with my husband always come out of there looking dapper and with smiles on their faces. All the barbers welcome my sons with fist pumps, they feel so loved by all the staff. I am a very “particular” mom and I know my children are in safe hands when they are at VENOM.
The team at Venom is amazing! They all love what they do and the experience is always a great one! I highly recommend anyone on their team!
