I am writing this review with mixed emotions. I received poor customer service in the office from the reception who asked another lady to assist me with locating my dad's spot on the burial ground. What was beyond disappointing was that she gave me the location verbally with no map. While looking for my dad's name, I got frustrated as I could not find him. The reason for not locating Dad was that they missed putting his tombstone. That was shocking and emotional for me as I called in 4 times before my visit.

We sincerely appreciate the care and support from Letty and the team at Rideau Memorial Gardens for our Father’s Celebration of life yesterday. From the initial meeting with Bruno, to make the arrangements, we were put at ease and comforted.He took time to clarify the details of the venues and the arrangements. Then Letty and the team were very attentive patient, and kind. Our family and friends were well looked after and were able to give our beloved father the home going service he liked.
