“I am writing this review with mixed emotions. I received poor customer service in the office from the reception who asked another lady to assist me with locating my dad's spot on the burial ground. What was beyond disappointing was that she gave me the location verbally with no map. While looking for my dad's name, I got frustrated as I could not find him. The reason for not locating Dad was that they missed putting his tombstone. That was shocking and emotional for me as I called in 4 times before my visit.

I gave a 5-star review for the exceptional customer service I received from Mathiew, who installed my dads toomstone in front of our family so that we can talk to dad. Ryan arrived and was exceptionally sorry and empathetic about the situation. They turned our negative matter into a special day, as I advised him, I travelled from Mississauga, Ontario, to see my dad. We absolutely appreciate Mathiew's 15 years of service as a groundsman and Ryan, who has been a manager in Ottawa and now at this location at Sources for the last 3 years. You both are amazing men who made my mom, my aunt and me happy with how fast you turn our disappointment into a glorious day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
