It has been several months since we installed a new mini split heat pump system using Thermolux and we are completely satisfied!
Thermolux offered us several options, ranging from the best price to the newest, most high tech system, and we found the right one for our needs. The installation was done very professionally, and they were flexible with the timings, as we had to orchestrate several different contractors, and the installation had to be done in stages.
Finally, post installation they checked on us to make sure we are completely satisfied and to resolve any possible issue with the installation.
First time buyer...chose Thermolux for their willingness to answer any question; their guidance through the process; including obtaining govt subsidies; work done as discussed and on time...competitive price...have already recommended Thermolux to others...probable 5 star rating once unit has been run for a period...
