Terrible experience at this Salon. Took me a year to dare publish this Went to have my highlights done by Sandra: she did a disaster: all my highlights bleeded. She let me go like that as with the blowdry in a salon that barely has any light I had not noticed. My hair was like a tiger with pieces splattered of blond and dark. I went back and she was condescendant and nonchalant fixing her mess but blaming me because I waited to long to do my roots ( balayage after 4 month is not that long)

I have been coming to this salon for the past 30 years. They are not only complete professionals, but my friends as well. Bessy is the best hairdresser, always doing my hair exactly the way I like it! Sandra is a consummate hair colourist, Both Karen and Virginia do a wonderful manicure! Ann and Lotem are so efficient and super sweet. The place is run to perfection by Pascale, who is by far the best at her job, not only professionally, but as a caring and attentive person, who always makes you feel at home and secure in your choices, and always makes sure you had a good experience. This salon is by far the best I have ever been too, I would never trust anyone else the way I trust these people! Highly recommend to everyone!
