David is bilingual, extremely professional, and had my best interests in mind the entire time he worked with me. As a military member coming into the area, I had a very brief window to look at the market and find a home, David carved a week out of his schedule to take me around, and had a solid lineup of homes for me to see based on my budget.

Most telling of his quality was that I had selected a home that was above my price range and didn't meet all my needs, David spotted that a new home came on the market while I was already on my trip back home, it was listing for less money than the home I had committed to buy.
