The Gym is good, lots of equipment available. Unfortunately in terms of health it's a minus... the showers are hard, the corners are made round so to speak, the fans on the ceiling are better not to talk about them (in my opinion they have not been washed since opening ).

Affordable price and many varieties of devices available.Some users talk about the lack of cleanliness in the changing rooms but it is because of the users that the changing rooms are like that for my part when I see a piece of paper on the ground I put it in the trash and the absence of a recycling bin all you have to do is use reusable water bottles.It is up to us to wash our devices each time they are used if we want to have good hygiene in our training room.

I have trained at several different gyms in Montreal and I can confirm that the Econofitness gym in Chicoutimi is among the most beautiful and best maintained. Suggestion: it would be interesting if the relaxation area had SPA-style relaxation music.
