Terrible experience. Cut my skin on 2 nails while pushing back the cuticles, it was bleeding and painful. And the result wasn’t even worth it. Waste of time and money, never going back.Service: Nail extensions
Asked to clean the tools after the girl.ahead of me left. They didn't. I now have a bad infection on three of my nails I have pictures. Even with an appointment you will wait up-to 45 minutes for your turn.Service: Manicure
I personally have any complaints when moon or Ivy does my nails. I always ask for them by appointment. I'm usually very picky with my nails and they do a great job. If you're around it's a good place to try. Tons of different colours to choose from.Update: I always have a good experience except this time. Not every girl is good in there. I don't even know her name but went and she did it for the first time and cut me 4 times and rushed it. Nails aren't even even length or done to my liking. I kept saying and just ignored me. I am so very annoyed and they hurt so much. Absolutely ridiculous. Not me and this other girl again. I hate it this time. Only sticking to Ivy now.
