Called 3 times today and because I spoke English I was hung up by a sparky receptionist 3 times. The third time by number recognition I'm sure. Made zero effort to communicate, gas zero empathy or people skills and you have her at the forefront of your clinic. As one gentleman mentioned in a previous comment, they are new to Quebec. Nice way to greet them !

Dr. Gnass is a true hero. He genuinely cares for his patients. Everyone who gives this place a low rating is not accustomed to the system in Quebec. Our system here is not fancy but it works if you work it.

I got an appointment with a family doctor for the first time in over 25 years without a family doctor. This clinic is well organized, the staff is courteous and respectful. I am a clinic owner myself and I loved my experience. People who are patient there are very lucky.
