We had to redo our French drain and the water pipes of the city following the purchase of our house. Ian truly made the whole process stress free. He was always available to answer our questions about what steps we had to do to prepare, what permits to get, how to manage the during and after construction. The professionalism of Ian and his team made the experience practically enjoyable. We learned a lot about our house and watching all of his steps now gives us the confidence that our drain and foundation will be good for a very long time.
