If you have never been to a nordic spa, you may love it. It is definitely very calm and serene, never crowded. If you are expecting the luxury of other nordic spas, you will be disappointed. There are often sections that are out of order or not working properly (once it was the steam room, another time the hot tub) and it has a bit of a run down look. The dry sauna is extremely hot you cannot touch anything with bare skin. The steam room once had so much mint infused it stung my eyes. The bistro closes early and the menu is limited and somewhat-healthy, be sure to check in advance if that is important to you!

Definitely the most relaxing spa I have been at! Nordique was basically a party spa... this one was quiet. Not many ppl at all. Definitely needs some upkeep. The main think I loved was the lack of chlorine smell. I think they use mostly salt pools. It was so quiet we had the place basically to ourselves. And the food was even decently priced for quality and portions. We had a delicious sandwich and the soup was awesome

Really great place if you like a very quiet environment. A bit disappointed to see how expensive it now is, with such limited pools/spas. Great outdoors fire pit, food was delicious. Good service. Just found it too expensive for what it offers compared to competition, in my humble opinion, but grateful I got to enjoy it.
