Awesome quiet spa in gatineau! Great prices and facilities (hot baths, cold baths, sauna). Just wish the temperature of the cold baths was constantly cold (sometimes it is just a little cool), but otherwise an excellent self care therapy spot ?

I appreciate the steam sauna and attached cold shower. The relaxation areas are also beautiful.The facilities lack a little love.(Raised nails in the dry sauna, lack of glasses for tea and difficulty knowing which glasses are dirty or clean, peeling paint on the woodwork...) But in general, for the price it is good even if small and the building hides us from the sun at p.m.Is it relevant to burn wood 7 days a week, 12 hours a day in 2023? With the issues of air pollution and climate change. Is the wood you are burning unsuitable for carpentry or are they diseased trees?Personally I find that this incessant smoke bothers me more than other things. The place needs to be updated. Its really small compared to the competitors , it looks outdated and in need of some renovation. We were there on a monday morning and the outdoor space was not clean. Steam room not working well and making loud noises. The only positives were that there were not many people for a holiday and the satff was amazing.
