Brought in my Pixel 8 for screen change due to a defect (covered by Google) and Sébastien who attended me did a first set of verifications, provided me with a confirmation that the defect was indeed covered by an extended warranty. He thankfully had the needed part in the shop, so he took my cell and told to be back in about 45 minutes. And within that timeframe he had skillfully replaced my screen ... defect gone. Merci Sébastien!!

Dropped off my Samsung S24 Ultra this afternoon thinking the screen was done for — the back was a mess. Turns out it was just a damaged cable! The tech called me after the fix, explained everything clearly, and only charged me half the original quote. Super honest, super fast, and super professional. I left the store smiling.
