Good hair salon, but you're better off making an appointment than walking in as it's often very busy.Stylist: Got my hair cut by Joe, he was very friendly, professional, and bilingual. Took his time, even with a scheduled appointment up next.

I've been going there for 8 years, the place is generally quite clean and well maintained. The prices of care/services are reasonable in relation (at class level). Hairdressing employees are, in general, warm, smiling, cheerful and welcoming towards their customers. As for the reception, on the phone or on site, I was always a little disappointed with the approach they had. There are always exceptions, but the ones I saw were unsmiling, patient and pleasant. Maybe I was unlucky, but don't expect anything from them. On the phone, they don't take the time to listen to you, or, they pass the line directly to another colleague and you have to explain everything... read full review
