Richard of parts department very helpful and knows Lexus parts. Small not overcrowded waiting area and well equipped with drinks and snacks. Very good first experience.
I purchased an RX 350h with the great help of the Brossard team. Amine from the sales department was very helpful and gave me a great deal. Filippo, the managing director, was very cooperative and supportive. Jacyntce, the business manager, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Valérie made sure I had everything I needed for the car at the time of delivery.
